The Hammer (OX375) by Mad Ox Fireworks is an 8-shot reloadable artillery shell kit featuring an exciting mine-to-aerial-break performance. Each shell begins with a crackling flower mine at ground level before launching into the sky and finishing with a large, colorful peony break, creating two levels of action from every shot.
What makes The Hammer different from a traditional reloadable artillery shell is the added mine effect. Each shell incorporates an extended base containing additional effects that activate during launch.
The result is a crackling flower mine erupting from the mortar, followed by the shell climbing overhead and breaking into a large peony. This creates action from the firing point all the way into the sky instead of relying solely on the aerial break.
The Hammer includes 8 individual ball shells and a reusable mortar launch tube. The assortment provides colorful aerial performances with the added excitement of crackling mine effects beneath each break.
This combination makes The Hammer a great option for adding more visual depth and variety between conventional artillery shells and multi-shot aerial cakes.
Each shot combines two popular fireworks effects:
Crackling Flower Mine: A burst of crackling stars erupts upward as the shell launches, filling the lower portion of the display.
Colorful Peony Break: The shell then reaches altitude and produces a large, rounded peony-style aerial burst, adding brilliant color overhead.
Together, the effects create a layered ground-to-sky fireworks presentation from a single reloadable shell.
The Hammer by Mad Ox Fireworks is a strong choice for customers looking for something different from standard artillery shells. With 8 mine-to-break shells, crackling flower mines, colorful peony aerial breaks, and an included launch tube, the kit packs multiple visual elements into every shot.
