Pyro Boot Camp

Held during Flights of Fire weekend, Pyro Boot Camp gives attendees an opportunity to build their skills through hands-on instruction.
The course focuses on areas such as:
- Pyromusical design
- Show scripting
- Effect selection
- Timing and choreography
- Firing-system fundamentals
- Turning a show concept into a finished fireworks production
It's a valuable opportunity for newer shooters and experienced pyrotechnicians alike to learn from people actively working in fireworks show design and production.
About Carolina Pyros
Carolina Pyros was officially established in 2018 as a non-profit organization, but the group's roots go back to a small gathering of friends putting together a fireworks show in a North Carolina cow pasture in 2016.
Today, the organization includes everyone from professional 1.3G display shooters to backyard 1.4G hobbyists.
The goal is simple: bring people together to share knowledge, gain experience, improve safety, and become better pyrotechnicians.
