The 8" Shell Casing by Heavyweight Fireworks is an empty, two-piece paper casing designed for professional pyrotechnic manufacturing, training, and educational applications. The two matching hemispheres fit together to form the traditional spherical body associated with large 8-inch aerial ball shells.
The 8-inch shell casing consists of two preformed paper hemispheres designed to create a complete spherical shell body. Its large format represents the traditional construction used for substantial professional aerial ball shells.
Manufactured from formed paper material, the casing provides a sturdy outer structure while maintaining the lightweight characteristics of traditional paper shell construction. The matching hemispheres make it a convenient component for professional pyrotechnic supply inventories.
This 8" shell casing is supplied empty and does not contain explosive or pyrotechnic composition. Lift charge, burst charge, effects, fuse, and other energetic components are not included.
In addition to qualified professional applications, the empty casing can be used as a visual aid for display-operator training, safety demonstrations, educational programs, equipment displays, and presentations illustrating the scale of large professional aerial shells.
