COVID19 Policy

We hope this finds you safe and healthy during these trying times. We wanted to give our customers an update on our current shipping procedures given the COVID-19 situation across the country. The State of Ohio, where our warehouse is located, has been issued a "Stay-at-Home" Order through April 30th. During this time our staff will always be working remotely with access to our e-mail and our phone system will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, so we are still accepting orders via e-mail and phone. Our website will also be fully functional, so orders can be placed there as well. Due to the stay at home order we will not be able to offer pickup or shipment until after April 6th. Despite this delay, by placing your orders you will be guaranteed your product. Production and shipping in China are back to normal, so we have shipments on the water as we speak and are expecting most of our out-of-stock items to make it in time for the 4th. We will notify everyone who places an order when their order will ship. If you have any other question feel free to reach out anytime and stay safe.
