The following forms are required prior to your order…
1) Signed copy of your ATF Explosives License
2) Color copy of the front and back of Driver’s License
3) Proof of storage and/or contingency Storage
4) Signed American Wholesale Fireworks Waiver
Shipping and Delivery Options
1.3g orders will need to be picked up at our facility in Hudson, Ohio. We can arrange shipping of 1.3g orders on a case-by-case basis. Other special arrangements can be considered depending on order size and time of season.
